  • All of the sizes from 100g-1.1kg will arrive to you as a single portion of Salmon cut from a full side/fillet, individually vac-packed. These weights all account for the skine and boine having already been removed.


    The 1.2-1.8kg option will arrive to you as full Salmon side/fillet, individually vac-packed. When selecting the skinned Salmon side/fillet option, there will be weight-loss for the skinning process and so the final weight you recieve may fall below the threshold provided. We will make every effort to avoid this by selecting a slightly larger fillet.


    We source only the finest fish and shellfish available on the market to ensure you're getting the best of the Seas, Rivers and Lakes. It is important to remember that storage is of top priority when wanting to enjoy your fish at its best and so please store it in a cold fridge and eat within 3 days of arrival at your door. If freezing, freeze at the earliest and before this time and enjoy within 3 months.
