Storage & Enjoyment

We take great care to source only the finest fish and shellfish from the sea, rivers, and lakes, so you can enjoy seafood at its freshest. Every order is carefully insulated and packed with ice packs to keep your products cool and in top condition during transit.

Once your delivery arrives, place your fish or shellfish in the coldest part of your fridge and enjoy it within three days for the best quality. If you prefer to freeze your seafood, do so as soon as possible and use it within three months. When you’re ready to use frozen items, simply defrost them slowly overnight in the fridge.
