1. Delivery Information
1.1 Delivery Address
We’ll deliver your order to the address you enter at checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and accurate, as we can’t be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
If you need to make changes:

1.2 Delivery Timing
Most orders arrive on the chosen delivery day. However, delays can happen due to courier issues, traffic, or seasonal pressures. By placing an order, you accept that delivery may occasionally arrive one day later.
Couriers may experience reduced performance during busy periods such as after bank holidays, Black Friday, or Christmas.
1.3 Temperature on Arrival
All orders are insulated and packed with ice packs to keep your seafood cold throughout delivery. Products should always arrive cold to touch, even if delayed.

If your order arrives cold, it is safe to consume and/or freeze according to the Storage & Enjoyment guidlines found on our site .

If your order is no longer cold, please check the contents and contact us within 24 hours.
1.4 Changing Delivery with the Courier
If you alter your delivery through the courier’s system (redirecting or delaying), this may compromise the condition of your order. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from courier-side changes.
1.5 Delivery Method & Driver Contact
Couriers may leave parcels at your door without knocking. You’ll usually receive a delivery window and a confirmation once delivered.
Please keep an eye on your email, phone, and doorstep. If your property requires specific instructions, leave a clear note for the driver.
1.6 Non-Delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the end of your delivery window, or you receive a “delivered” notification but can’t locate the box, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
1.7 Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please let us know within 24 hours by phone or email. Checking your order against the packing slip when it arrives is helpful.
1.8 Substitutions
If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or higher value.
2. Membership Terms
2.1 Automatic Renewal
Membership renews automatically at the end of each term. By joining, you agree to ongoing charges until you cancel.
2.2 Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel any time through your account page or by emailing us.

We are not currently charging a fee to become a member of our community.
Any updates will be communicated in advance.
3. General Order Terms
3.1 Amending Delivery Date
On rare occasions, we may need to adjust your delivery day. We will always try to contact you in advance. If we can’t reach you, we may:hold the order,send it anyway, or issue a refund.
3.2 Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order up to 8am the day before delivery. Late cancellations must be made by phone. A small fee may apply.
3.3 Customer Support
We’re available Monday–Friday, 9am–12pm. Outside these hours you can leave a message or email us, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
3.4 International Orders
We do not currently ship orders outside the UK
3.5 Payment Security
Payments are taken securely through the Wix web platform where we host this website. We never store card details unless you request it for future convenience.
3.6 Discount Codes
Only one discount, promotional code, or voucher may be used per order.
3.7 Complaints
Complaints should be raised within 24 hours of delivery either by phone or email. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and outline a resolution within five.
3.8 Marketing Preferences
You can update your marketing preferences by emailing us. We’ll aim to process your request within ten working days.

4. Giveaway & Competition Terms
4.1 Eligibility
Open to UK mainland residents aged 18+. Employees of participating brands and their families cannot enter.

4.3 Prizes
Prizes will be clearly stated. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4.5 Delivery of Prizes
Prizes can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses. As many items are perishable, winners must ensure timely acceptance of delivery.
