Lemon sole caught off the South Coast of Great Britan is naturally delicate in flavour, with fine white flesh, and beautifully soft texture. Lemon sole suits simple, understated methods that highlight its gentle character: • Pan-fry in butter for a light, golden finish. • Oven-bake with herbs or a squeeze of lemon for a clean, delicate dish. • Grill for a slightly firmer texture while preserving its soft flakes. Celebrated for its subtlety and refined eating experience, this lemon sole brings a touch of quiet luxury to both relaxed meals and more polished occasions. Please note that when selecting the filleted option, you will receive all of the fillet from a single whole fish. You should expect between 45 and 55% yield from the fillets - i.e. 100g whole fish weight = 45-55g of fillet weight (skin-on). Please note that we provide the fillets skin-on due to the delicate nature of the flesh.
