Please note that all of the weights provided are post preparation, hence the difference in prices between the same sized skin-on and skinned options to reflect the removal of the skin. Unlike some of our other products, this is due to the nature of how we prepare and cut the Seatrout fillet/side. All of our Seatrout fillet is provided with the bones removed.
