We are able to provide your fillets preparred as single or butterfly/block fillets. • Single fillets are simply 1 half/side of the fish. • Butterfly, also known as block, filleting is where the head and main bone down the body is removed, whilst still leaving the 2 sides/fillets of the fish still joined down the dorsal fin. These fillets lend themselves beautifully to simple, elegant methods: • Pan-sear for crisp skin and soft, moist flakes. • Oven-bake with herbs, lemon, or butter for a light, polished dish. • Grill butterfly fillets whole for an impressive, effortless presentation. Perfect for both relaxed weekday meals and more polished entertaining, these rainbow trout fillets deliver consistent premium quality and a naturally refined taste every time. Please note that the butterfly weight is post preparation/filleting. Please note that the single fillet weight is prior to the removal of bones and skin (where selected).
